Our clinic will close from time to time, which we can understand is an inconvenience for you. When we are away, we make sure all investigations results are checked and any urgent results dealt with accordingly.

If you have COVID (positive RAT or PCR swab) and are eligible for antiviral therapy
– There is a 5 day window for when antiviral medications can be started.

If you are in need of medical care reasonably quickly there are a couple of options we would recommend:
– The National Home Doctor Service helps us service after hours medical care. They can be contacted on 13 SICK (137425)
– From December 2023, Old Port Rd Medical and Dental provides an urgent care service for urgent but not life-threatening conditions. They provide walk-in, bulk-billed care for lacerations, infections, minor broken bones, burns etc. Open 7 days.
