  1. Healthcare Quality: Over 95% of respondents expressed their happiness with the level of healthcare they receive from our dedicated team of clinicians. We are thrilled to know that our commitment to providing top-notch medical care is recognized and appreciated.

  2. Administration Staff: 94% of our patients reported being satisfied with the service they receive from our administration staff. We believe that creating a friendly and efficient environment at our practice is vital in ensuring a positive patient experience, and we are delighted that our efforts have been well-received.

  3. Reminder System: Our patient survey highlighted that 94% of participants were content with our reminder system. We understand the importance of timely communication and appointment reminders, and we are pleased to see that our system is meeting the expectations of our patients.

  4. Clinician’s Availability: A staggering 95% of respondents felt that our clinicians provided sufficient time to listen to their concerns. This feedback reassures us that our healthcare professionals are attentive, empathetic, and prioritize patient-centered care.

  1. Access to Care after Clinic Hours: Patients expressed a desire for clearer information regarding where to seek medical care when our clinic is closed. We acknowledge the importance of providing comprehensive guidance on accessing healthcare outside regular hours, and we are committed to improving our communication channels to address this concern effectively.

  2. Urgent Care Availability: Some patients indicated a need for improved access to urgent care within our clinic. We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and we are dedicated to exploring ways to enhance our capacity to accommodate urgent care needs promptly.

  3. Expanding Our General Practitioner Team: As our patient base continues to grow, we recognize the need to source additional General Practitioners to meet the rising demand for healthcare services. We value your time and want to ensure that appointments are readily available, and our team remains accessible to provide comprehensive care.

Our Plan for Improvement: At Woodville South GP, we are committed to continuous improvement and providing the best possible care to our patients. Building upon the feedback received, we have developed a plan to address the areas identified for improvement:

  1. Improved Communication: We will enhance our communication channels to provide clear and concise information on accessing medical care outside our clinic hours. This will include resources, such as an updated website and more prominently displayed information within our practice.

  2. On the day Appointments: We are actively exploring options to improve our capacity to provide timely urgent care services. We continue to hold “on the day” appointments for patients requiring semi-urgent care. We do take each request seriously and try our best to accommodate. 

  3. Recruiting Additional General Practitioners: Recognizing the importance of maintaining availability for our patients, we are actively sourcing and recruiting additional General Practitioners. Please be patient with this as GPs are increasingly difficult to find.
