our fees
Our practice is private billing – that is, there is a fee to pay (out of pocket cost), with Medicare reimbursing part of this.
Some people are eligible for bulk-billing (no out of pocket cost).
Weekend fees are at non-concession rates for all patients.
Please see our cancellation policy
Why is there a gap? (link coming soon)
We are cash-free (due to staff safety and infection control benefits)
All non-bulkbilled fees require to be paid in full on the day. Your Medicare rebate can be returned to your bank account immediately if you have your savings card with you*. Otherwise it will return to your account nominated at Medicare within 2 business days. If you have no bank account linked to your Medicare number, then you will have to claim your rebate manually via Medicare Online (MyGov) or in person at a Centrelink office
*Payments can be made with credit/debit cards, contactless phone and watch payment systems. Rebates can only be returned immediately to cards linked directly to your savings/cheque account. Standard eftopos charges apply (1.29% for Visa/Mastercard/AMEX)
From 1st February 2026
Note: Chronic Condition Management Plans and Health Assessments have no out of pocket cost. If you have a chronic condition, consider utilising these appointments to get the most comprehensive care out of Medicare. More info about CCMPs here
