What We’re Doing About It

We are already making changes to improve your experience:

 

Increasing appointment availability

One of our doctors is increasing their consulting days, which will help improve access — particularly for urgent appointments.

Reducing waiting times

We are reviewing our scheduling and working to better communicate any delays.

Improving after-hours information

We are updating our phone messages, website, and signage to make it clearer where to seek care when we are closed.

Enhancing privacy

We are reviewing our reception and waiting room processes to further improve patient privacy.
